Ripper's blog

I've been hearing a lot lately of people being screwed over by companies for financial gain and companies screwing over one nother for financial gain.

Now my reasoning for this is the following.... people don't know their rights as a consumer or the laws stated out by the competition commission well enough to stand against these sharks.

How I came about this to write about this:

I was visiting a friend as I am busy creating a website for their business and overheard them talk about people debiting their businesses account after they have canceled the services more than a year ago, now this grabbed my curiosity as I hate this kinda shit.....where the hell is your integrity man?? What happened to driving ethical business? Have you no shame?

Anyhow...so my friend has been losing quite a sum of money every month for services they have not even received for more than a year.

And this is how these con-companies or Sharks do it....

When you cancel a subscription with any company it is their accounts department's duty to remove you and your banking details from their systems, but they don't and they do this on purpose. So what we as the consumer would usually do is we would go to our bank and cancel the debit orders from our account and boom.....problem solved right? I'm afraid not my dear amego, you are under the impression that your problem is solved.

What the Sharks would then do will shock you!!! And most people don't even know this.

They will run the debit order on your account again and notice that it is stopped and therefore they can't take your money...wrong again amego.....

Now this is where it gets interesting, take careful note here, I'm gonna make a detailed breakdown:

So in the world of programming, everything works on what they call strings and algorithms. Programmers can do amazing things with it and one of the pioneering forms of programming is predictive systems,(a system that can forcast or predict happenings before they occur) but this is also limited, even in banking systems, therfore not every motion can be predicted and these sharks know it all too well!!! So what they will do is just change one key, letter, number or symbol in the reference and run the debit order again and boom....well what do you know, the debit order goes off again, you lose that money and the shark smiles all the way to the bank.

Did you know that this is illegal and elegitimate operations, its against the LAW bro!!!

You as the consumer has the right to take them on and screw the crap out of them for all that lost money.

I am currently helping my friend out in  shitting on these companies as I am fortune enough to be the family member of the creator and writer of the consumer protection act. Unfortunately I cannot disclose this information.

Please do me a favour and educate yourself and familiarise yourselves with the CPA and the competition commision laws, I will post the links and documents here.

Companies in this discussion will be disclosed to public soon.

Please share your opinions here, I look forward to the responses. ... more
